Wendy and Patrick McCann, Owners
GR8WORK Builders has teamed up with Wendy and Patrick McCann. The dynamic duo has lived in the Bay Area for 30+ years. They own a concrete construction company in Southern California and Nevada, bringing their extensive knowledge in construction and real estate sectors to the company.
Patrick launched his construction career with a commercial landscaping and irrigation business in Houston, Texas before moving to the Bay Area in 1987. Patrick has been a licensed general contractor since 2008, and also has a background in event production and floral design. Wendy is a CPA who brings 40 years of accounting knowledge to anchor the office team. She is also interested in green building. This combination of construction experience, professional design skills, and expert financial planning added to the GR8WORK team ensures the continuation of quality projects to the peninsula.

Bob Rosenberg, Founder
Born and raised in New York, Bob moved to the Bay Area in the seventies with a B.A. in Business Administration. Like many successful entrepreneurs, his business began by mastering the basics. While an apprentice in the Carpenter’s Union, Bob discovered his passion for high-end remodeling. As he worked throughout the peninsula, Bob was personally trained by master carpenters from Finland, Sweden, and Germany who taught him how to do it right.
In 1977 Bob founded GR8WORK Builders. In the early years, Bob did every stage of the project himself. This first-hand experience taught him that perfection only happens when all the details integrate with each other. As the company grew, employees were trained to approach each job in the same conscientious manner. This passion for perfection led to Bob affiliating with other trade contractors who cherish quality, service and have an extensive knowledge of remodeling.
NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, awarded him the highly acclaimed level of Certified Remodeler. Bob was also a Certified Green Building Professional, incorporating sustainable design and environmentally friendly practices into his business.
While Bob Rosenberg is no longer with us, we are committed to carrying on his legacy of excellent client care, conscientious building practices, and above all - GR8 Work!
