Gary Morton, Production Manager
Born and raised on the Peninsula, Gary graduated from Stanford University in 1975 with a BA in Child Psychology. Formerly the owner of his own remodeling company, Gary joined the GR8WORK Builders team in 2005. His 27 years of construction experience and business ownership make him a valuable member of the GR8WORK Builders team. Gary coordinates and produces all the on-site construction work, from the first jobsite walkthrough to the completion of the final punch list. Gary is an integral contributor to GR8WORK Builders.

Shari Toron, Office Manager
Shari brings to our team a strong set of accounting, business and organizational skills. With a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University and her 35 years of business accounting and bookkeeping experience, Shari has an extensive skill set. Along with her proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and proprietary accounting software, Shari’s ability to organize and coordinate the “behind the scenes” tasks helps keep our projects running smoothly.

Rigo Martinez, Project Manager
Rigo has worked in the construction trades for most of his life. Born in Guatemala, he moved to the United States in 1990. Rigo has been working on and managing projects for GR8WORK Builders since he joined the team more than four years ago. His sincerity, solid work ethic, and adaptability have made Rigo an indispensible component of the business. Rigo’s overall knowledge of a wide variety of remodeling skills and his personable nature has prompted many repeat clients to request him for their upcoming projects.

John Barchi, Project Manager
John has been in the construction trade since 1984. Skilled in all trades within the construction industry, John also has a degree in Interior Design from West Valley College. John started as a cabinet installer’s apprentice and went on to acquire in-depth knowledge in a variety of construction fields, from carpentry and cabinet installation to electrical repair. This combination of design sense and extensive knowledge of residential remodeling make John a valued member of the GR8WORK Builders organization.
